When your order is processed and ships, you will automatically receive
a tracking # to allow you to determine the scheduled delivery date.
However 'Made to Order or Custom' items take a little longer, please refer
to the item page for details in each case.

Please note: If your Tracking number is displaying 'Unable to track
shipment', it means that your parcel has not left US Customs yet. The time this
takes can vary by a day or two. However as soon as your order exits US Customs,
it is scanned by UPS and will now give you a scheduled delivery date.

Items featuring our Fast Delivery logo, are dispatched daily by FedEx
and usually arrive in 2-3 business days.
