Two lives, two hearts joined together in friendship and united forever in love!

This two heart Claddagh Ring was first made in Dublin, Ireland around one hundred years ago. Made from 14kt Gold it features the traditional �Hands holding Heart� part of the Claddagh design, however without the Crown.

The joining of two hearts in this design is a further extension of the old claddagh symbolism of Love, Loyalty and Friendship.

This ring may also be known as the Fenian Ring, because when it was originally made, it reflected the troubled history of Ireland and was distinguished by its lack of a crown to represent the struggle for a Republican Ireland.
